Ms Endive runs a rival catering business to Mung Daal's, and like him, has a young apprentice. Ms Endive appears to be motivated by a competitive business spirit as well as a hatred of men. Her apprentice, Panini, is in love with Mung's apprentice, Chowder, which causes all sorts of hilarious mayhem.
