Irwin is a nerd that is part vampire and part mummy. He is one of Billy's friends and has been in many episodes. In 2008, Irwin has an inner monster inside of him. He commonly ends sentences with the word "yo". Strangely dispite technically being half mummy, part vampire and part human, he is usually refered to as half mummy and half vampire. Irwin is actually Half mummy, part vampire, and part human, making him 75% monster 25% human. He was also turned into a werewolf for a short time.
When Irwin was born, his true heart was evil. A monster at birth, he was very violent even in his hospital carriage. When finally brought home, he was still very violent and evil and attacked his dad when he held him. But in time, with help from his dad, he destroyed his pure heart and made a good one, the one that he has today. (GBM: "Heartburn")

Iwrin loves Mandy a lot, he even fights with anyone who would bother her like him, such as the Boogeyman or Nergal Junior. We see in the Billy and Mandy's Jacked Up Halloween special that he has pictures of Mandy on a wall but each pictures has Mandy in a grouchy mood either putting her hand in front of part of her face or looking very angry at Iwrin (who was taking the pictures). We didn't see when he took to pictures.
In Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure, he kisses Mandy after rescuing him like Prince Charming from evil pirates who assist the Boogeyman, and finally kisses Mandy, but it unfortunately results in the fact that he caught cooties and mono after he did. Iwrin also states in Attack of the Clowns that he had needs too, since Mandy is always looking for Billy or doing something with him.
His mother is a mummy, his father is a normal human (although this is revealed false as his father is the son of Dracula, making him half human and half vampire), and his grandfather is Dracula himself. Unlike Irwin, Dracula didn't get a medal in Underfist: Halloween Bash, unless he could volunteer to join the team! Like Irwin, he doesn't like pennies, which are the most frugal (cheapest) things anyone can give to others, and towards the end, Dracula gets what he deserves... nothing.
