Gazpacho is recurring character and an elephant/mammoth type of creature dressed in Moroccan-style clothing and is the ubiquitous "nerdy bachelor who lives with his mother". He owns and operates a fruit stand in Marzipan City and spends most of his time there talking to his best friend, Chowder, whom he calls his Little Chubby Buddy. He offers advice on relationships to Chowder which never fails to make the situation worse. Gazpacho always has his heart in the right place though, as evidenced by his willingness to dress up as a female blue-nanna to help Chowder escape Panini's clutches in the episode of the same name. Gazpacho's guidance often sought by the show's core of main protagonists – Chowder and Mung Daal– as he is usually the only adult they consistently trusted. He has a quick escape hidden in his store, Which is basically a hot air ballon with a picture of Gazpacho and the words "C ya!" He seems to suspect some kind of "Doomsday" and has only used it when Chowder and his worm ruins his business. voiced by Dana Snyder.

In A Taste Of Marzipan, he reveals that he thinks getting hit by a tomato is fatal.

CostumersEdit

His best customers are Mung Daal and Chowder. However, in Banned from the Stand, Mung Daal argued that the new flossberries aren't ripe with Gazpacho arguing they are, even grassy green. Gazpacho later bans Chowder, Panini, Kiwi, the god in the sky. Then he bans everyone in crazy manner, including himself. He was nearly bankrupt after banning himself accidentally, and made another stand where EVERYONE is welcome...except SNAKES! "I really don't like snakes!" said Gazpacho in Banned from the Stand.

MotherEdit

His mother is extremely strict, and he severely mentioned his mother, who never had a physical appearance in the show. His mother is a mammoth as well. When Gapacho talks about his mother, he says Mother... and talks about something she does, likes or more. Also, in Gazpacho Stands Up, his mother ordered the Meanie Cream Cake to give to Gazpacho. His mother is angry at him every night, but this begs the question: Does his mother love him??!! In Panini for President, Gapzacho states that for his birthday over the he got a #1 Son Trophy from his mother. In The Garage Sale, he said that his mother forced him to go buy six forks, but did not give him money. He instead bought them up on I.O.Us from Mung Daal. Like Fred Fredburger, he most likely reveals what his mother does to him but everyone doesn't care. C.H. Greenblatt, who voices Fred Fredburger, probably got this inspiration. In the "Hey Hey Its Knishmas", he ran away from his job of being a Knish Kringle (parody of Santa Claus) and cried to run to his mother, showing that he does need his mommy sometimes.

Pets and Babysitter JobEdit

Gapzacho talked about having a fish in Chowder's Babysitter but died. He flushed it away in Ms. Endive's super toilet which lead to the her fountain outside. He also mentions that every time he babysits a child, the same thing like what happened to Chowder in that episode always happens.
