Christine Cavanaugh is an American former voice actress who had a distinctive speaking style and had provided the voice for a large range of cartoon characters. She is better known for providing the voice of Dexter from the Cartoon Network original series, Dexter's Laboratory. Cavanaugh retired from voice acting for personal reasons and could not reprise the role. Candi Milo instead provided the voice of Dexter for the remainder of the show's run.
