Pale Ghoulish Junior is Fred Fredburger's best friend before Jeff the Spider. He hates Fred Fredburger all the time, like Judge Roy Spleen. Pale Ghoulish Junior appeared twice, such as Keeper of the Reaper and Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure. He isn't even happy about anything else. However, he was frightened before by Billy that he'd threaten him if he doesn't vote for him to be the Keeper of the Reaper.

His life stinks, since he's the one who's always with Fred Fredburger. He's a Judge Member, and was later forced to have Fred live with him in his house at nighttime after Mandy won the case. He voted for Mandy to be the Keeper of the Reaper. Also, Fred Fredburger might not even have a home, since the house Fred Fredburger was in was very unlikely his own house because in the ending credits, it reveals that he was at PGJ's house. (How many times do I have to tell you this is MMYY House??!!!)
