Beginning
Edit
Billy, Mandy, and Grim are going to go meet Santa, (but Billy wants to go the bathroom). General Skarr is the Santa Claus, and Billy jumps on his lap to tell him what he wants, and talks really fast, and says that he wants lots and lots of things like a Pacman, an eskimo, and also commented that why he has one-eye because his neighbor also has only one-eye (even though it's the same neighbor) and Billy says "that guy's a real freak monkey". Skarr, who is angry at Billy for calling him a monkey, tries to kill Billy (only mentioned and heard on screen), and elves pull him away. When the beard Skarr was wearing falls off, all the people beat him up, tear down the Christmas tree, blame the entire mall for such nonsense, make Skarr get a bruised eye, very seriously injured symptoms, break his bones and teeth, and throw several items at the mall around causing a whole lot of fire and the people attack each other. Grim complains to Billy and Mandy why the Endsville Mall always burns down when he takes them there. Billy blames the economy. Mandy says that it is urban legend that Santa Claus exists. Grim, knowing Mandy is 100 percent wrong, send them to the North Pole in a swirling portal, which cutted a hole in the fabric of the universe, and Mother Earth was just kneading it to the finish!

Edit
They meet Santa Claus's wife, Nancy, who locked the door and kept crying and hid behind a kitchen table. She kept hugging Grim to try to relieve bitter sadness, but can't. Nancy told Billy, Mandy, and Grim and showed them that Santa Claus was bitten by a vampire, and turned into a green monster vampire who wants to swallow souls, so Nancy locked him in a coffin, and if Santa is not revived before Christmas Eve night, there won't be a Christmas! Mandy asks Nancy where the Head-Vampire is, and Nancy told Mandy to pass horrible swamp obstacles including pink-ponies parodying "My Little Pony" that have a nasty attitude but look really cute. Mandy and Grim go to the Head-Vampire's palace, while Billy is helping Nancy make gingerbread cookies and houses, and also broke a In-Case-Of-Vampire-Bite accident on purpose, but a holographic Santa Claus that actually is alive tells Billy how to make Vampire bite antidote, which also included a cottonswob and popsicle stick for unknown reasons.
Meanwhile, Mandy and Grim meet a vampire named Baron Von Ghoulish. He seems to be very well-behaved, and when Mandy threw a wooden stick at him, later it turns out that she just destroyed his trusty vaccum cleaner. Mandy tells Baron Von Ghoulish that she must destroy the Head-Vampire to free Santa, but Baron Von Ghoulish corrects that it's really the Head HEAD Vampire, not the regular head vampire. Baron also tells her if he can come because he always wanted to save Christmas before since 350 years ago in Kindergarten. Grim brings Baron along because Grim also said 350 years ago he wanted to save one Christmas day before with a vampire partner. Mandy decides to bring Baron along, but can't stand that Baron is really happy and more annoying before.
Foreshadow
Edit
When Grim, Mandy, and Baron get back to the North Pole, Nancy Claus tricks them into going to the attic and takes away Grim's sycthe to go break magic of the sycthe, and Billy told Nancy where the three are going. Nancy lied to him that they were naughty and must be punished. Grim, Mandy, and Baron are encountered by Santa Claus vampire, and Baron reveals that he remembers that Nancy (Mrs. Claus) is the Head Head Vampire! Mandy tells him that it would have been important information five minutes ago, and Mandy is the only one left to bitten (since Grim is a skeleton and Baron is already a vampire). A suddenly-unangry Mandy sings and dances "Ho, Ho, Who Wouldn't Go" but much more quickly.
When they get out, Nancy tells them that now they know the truth... "I AM THE HEAD HEAD VAMPIRE!!!!" (screamed by Nancy). Nancy reveals about Santa that he was a simple man who always wanted to give people presents, but nobody ever accepted. Santa fell in love with her, and so they married when Santa had volunteered to give some of his red blood away. However, as the years passed, Santa became much more lazier in doing chores and was more concerned about keeping who was nice and naughty while Nancy did all the dirty work and cleaning the house. Nancy complained that Santa works one day a year and she has to work all the other 364 days from her finger to the bone.
The elves also turn out to be vampires, and attack Grim and Mandy. Baron hides inside a fake inside-house plant and Grim and Mandy battle the elves with the toys and presents to be made for the children at Christmas time. The elves tie up Grim and beat him up with a large stick.
Ending
Edit
Santa Claus is revived by Billy's Vampire-Bite Antidote, which is actually cookies with a possible secret ingredient recipe and with milk. Santa turns back to normal, and while Mandy is about to stick a sharp Barbie-doll like knife into Nancy's heart, Santa tells his wife Nancy that Billy says his only wish is that Santa and Nancy (themselves) get along. Billy says that Christmas Day is not the best day to fight with your husband, and that she got cranky from all the work.. and Santa had apologized because he did not help with the work and chores and only cared about the Naughty & Nice List. Nancy becomes very happy and also apologizes, realizing she was so foolish, and they both kiss. Later, Mrs. Claus is hit by a snowball, which was thrown by Sperg. Everybody (except Mandy) smile and gather around to dance in a Christmas song. Baron Von Ghoulish also becomes the new janitor at the Clauses' Apartment.
Ending Credits
Edit
Baron Von Ghoulish sweeps on the Clauses' floor, Billy becomes one of the reindeer who help Santa cross the world, Grim gets a sytche, and Mandy gets a piece of coal in her stocking for being naughty. Grim asks if she believes in Santa now.
Mandy says "No", and throws the coal at Grim's eye (OWW!!)

Trivia
Edit
- The ending where it shows that Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus (a vampire) are married is a parody of the popular female teen's book series Twillight.
- When Billy, Mandy, and Grim were in the shopping mall, Hello 2 was seen. As this is a refrence to Bungie and Microsoft's popular FPS series Halo
- The middle scene where a yeti is attacking a man in Star Wars like suit is a parody and plagarized copy of Star Wars Episode V, which happened to Luke.
- Baron Von Ghoulish makes a quick silent cameo in Underfist: Halloween Bash, but Mindy mentioned him in a song, even though Mindy never saw him.
- Carol Kane voiced Mrs. Claus and Malcolm McDowell voiced Baron Von Ghoulish.
- The way the people in the mall destroyed themselves is a parody of the Twillight Zone episode The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street .
- This episode was mentioned in Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure because Boogey Man mentioned Mrs. Claus one of the several people who stole Grim's sycthe, claiming when Mandy, Grim, & Baron Von Ghoulish were attacked by the Vampire Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus went outside with Grim's sycthe, then Boogey Man took a picture of Mrs. Claus..
